3. Client Development Projects & Intellectual Property Ownership

For custom website development, mobile apps, custom APIs, and AI integrations created for our commercial clients:

• Upon receipt of 100% full project payment, all custom source code, assets, design files, and domain credentials created for the client become the exclusive property of the client.
• IndSoftwork retains the right to display the completed non-confidential project in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been signed.

4. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

When using our website, contact forms, or communication channels, you agree not to:

• Transmit any malicious code, virus, worm, or destructive payload
